Growing up in a military family allowed me to explore countless places around the world, inspiring a deep appreciation for the magnificent grandeur of the earth. Now, I seek to replicate glimpses of light hidden away in stunning landscapes.
My grandfather was an accomplished Norwegian oil painter, who gave me my first lessons in the creative process. Though he passed away when I was young, I still use his brushes and study the countless masterpieces he left our family with. With years of practice and stopping to study the shifting shadows around me, I have grown to adore the arts and set up my first studio space in 2023. Most of these paintings that you will find on this page were inspired by a treasured place I have traveled.
